– If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

– These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
– If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
– Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item or packaging.
– SATAYA will assist in filing a claim with the courier and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
