1. Eligibility for Refunds

SATAYA accepts refund requests only under the following conditions:

  – The item received has a manufacturing defect.

  – The item received is incorrect (wrong product, size, or color).

  – The item arrives damaged during transit.

 

Refunds are not applicable for:

  – Change of mind

  – Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  – Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  – Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories

 

2. Reporting a Problem

  – Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

  – Provide order details and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

  – Ensure the item remains unused and in original condition.

Requests submitted after 3 days will not be eligible.

 

3. Refund Process

  – Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  – Processing time may take 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  – For international customers, exchange rates and bank fees may affect the final refund amount.

SATAYA is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

 

4. Non‑Refundable Items

  – Sale or discounted items

  – Gift cards

  – Items purchased during promotional campaigns

  – Items with signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage caused by the customer

 

5. Exchanges

  – Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items.

  – Replacement items will be shipped after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  – If the requested replacement is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

 

6. Return Shipping

  – For defective or incorrect items, SATAYA will cover return shipping costs.

  – For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  – SATAYA is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels; we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

7. Final Decision

SATAYA reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the condition of the returned item and compliance with this policy.
